We had extra special 2 days here, recommend. Liked Chefchaouen, the hotel was quiet to the market @ Souk. The location was unbeatable, not very far from Outa el Hammam Square. Besides, it was near to kasbah/main square of medina, the medina and the city center on a mountain.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location near the city center on a mountain. Amazing view of the mountains from the terrace. Really friendly and helpful staff - especially Mustafa and WiFi. Hospitality at its best - even offering a continental breakfast to the kids who woke up late.
Can't recommend highly enough.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean and spacious rooms equipped with a living room and a rare boiler for hot water. The location was convenient, near the kasbah and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff, especially Wafi, were amazing, always full of energy and eager to help. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining area was beautiful. a fantastic experience.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

Unusual Décor: The hotel's unique tile/marble floor in my apartment made me feel like I was walking on a work of art. It was a pleasant change from the usual boring hotel floors.
Old Towels: Wish they had newer towels.
